Abstract

This editorial chronicles the journey of establishing MedPulse Spectrum, the flagship journal of the JouEx Series, from conception to formal recognition. Previous editorial detailed the foundational challenges—navigating regulatory requirements, securing a publishing entity through SECP registration, configuring the Open Journal System infrastructure, and assembling an editorial board. This Editorial describes the pursuit of global identity through ISSN allocation and the ongoing submission for HEC recognition, with its attendant technical refinements and procedural rigour. The narrative captures both the visible milestones and the unrecorded labour that precedes them. Recognition, when it arrives, will mark not culmination but commencement. The waiting continues, as does the commitment to excellence on every page.
